Exchange Policy
All items purchased off our website is considered final sale and we do not accept any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of defects or wrong order received.
Please email us your request and we will be in contact with you if you're eligible for any exchanges. All refunds must be shipped back to us within 14 days of date of receipt in their original packaging and proof of purchase (i.e. receipt) intact. Local mail charges (both ways) will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for items lost in mail.
Please be advised that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any further charges incurred upon the return of the items are to be borne by the customer.
Please note that only exchanges are allowed. Top-ups are neccessary if the item you would like to exchange is of a higher value. Refunds for money is not allowed. Exchange items are subject to availability.
